36 hours of crafting in 1 weekend

I calculated this while sitting at my desk at work waiting for my computer to fire up, aching all over, but with that very rare feeling of having had an extremely productive weekend.

Starting Friday afternoon and ending Sunday at midnight this epic craftathon was to prepare for my very first ever workshop as an SU demonstrator.  It’s tonight.  I’m very excited and also very nervous, mostly because I’ll be demonstrating to a craft club of up to 24 ladies!!  This is definitely called jumping in at the deep end!

My best crafting buddy and SU upline, Alex, gave up her entire weekend to help me.  I worked her very hard but we really enjoyed having two days dedicated to pure creativity!  Together we created so many gorgeous things to show off at my workshop.  And she’s coming to assist and support me tonight - what a friend!

I will show you what we made and tell you about how the workshop went in a future blog post!  Until then, wish me luck!!

While you are waiting for the proper blog action, here is a picture of a card I made using my free Sale-a-Bration products...

Hello world

Although I have been making cards and crafting for more than 15 years, and addicted to Stampin' Up! products for over a year, I'm very excited to be a brand new Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator!

I'm also a brand new blogger and I have set up this blog to share all my crafty creations. I've got lots to learn about both but hopefully this website will become a great place to find inspiration. I know it looks a bit rubbish at the moment, but I'm working on it I promise! So please come back again soon!
